Bi-Monthly Coaching $50.00 (60 min)

Once you sign up for a coaching contract, we will meet twice a month.

Personal Training $30.00 (30 min)

Aqautic or floor personal training. Train in the pool for wonderful toning and cardio that is easy on the joints. Choose a low impact but big result floor training program.

60 Minute Personal Training $45.00 (60 min)

Water or floor personal training sessions.

Meal Plan Only $60.00 (90 min)

This service will access your goals and nutritional needs and write a meal plan for you. This will include a 90 minute session only and you will be emailed a customized meal plan.
